Application Instructions

Thank you for your interest in the 2009 Genomics and Proteomics Hands-On Workshop. To submit an application, please fill out the form below. All fields are required. For the "PIs Name" field, if you are not a principal investigator please enter the name of the investigator you work with. If you are a PI, please enter "NA".

To upload your CV (2-page limit), in the "CV or Biosketch" field, browse to the location of your file and select "open" to enter the path in the field. PLEASE limit your CV or biosketch to two pages!

If you are not a Principal Investigator you will need to submit Letters of Support. You can upload your LOS at Additional Materials.

When we have received your completed online application form, your CV/biosketch and your LOS (if applicable) you will receive an email confirming receipt of your application.
